By accessing or using the Sengo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Service
Sengo is a recruitment and interview platform that connects employers with job seekers. We provide tools for job listings, candidate screening, AI-powered practice interviews, and automated resume evaluation.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Token System and Payments
Certain features on Sengo, such as AI practice interviews, require tokens.
- Tokens can be purchased or allocated via subscriptions.
- All token purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or determined at our sole discretion.
- Sengo reserves the right to adjust the token costs of features at any time.
5. Google Drive Integration
Our Service allows you to import documents from Google Drive. By utilizing this feature, you agree to our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that you are authorizing us to temporarily access your Drive strictly to retrieve the documents you select.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
- Attempt to manipulate or game the AI evaluation systems.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimer of AI Accuracy
Sengo utilizes artificial intelligence to process interviews and resumes. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems can occasionally make errors. AI-generated evaluations and scores should be used as guidance and not as the sole deterministic factor in employment decisions.
